NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING OF VOTING MEMBERS

To the Voting Members of Hadassah, The Women’s Zionist Organization of America, Inc. (“HWZOA”):

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that an annual meeting of the voting members of HWZOA will be held at the Inbal Jerusalem Hotel, located at Liberty Bell Park 3 Jabotinsky St., 9214502 Jerusalem, Israel. The meeting will be held on Tuesday, October 27, 2026, at 9:15 A.M.  – 11:15 A.M. IDT for the purposes of (I) reviewing the annual financial report of HWZOA, (II) adopting amendments to HWZOA’s Constitution, (III) electing 1 National Treasurer, 1 National Vice President and up to 17 members of the National Board, and (IV) conducting any other relevant business.

Only HWZOA’s voting members, i.e., the registered delegates of HWZOA, are entitled to attend and vote at this annual meeting.
