NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING OF VOTING MEMBERS

To the Voting Members of Hadassah, The Women’s Zionist Organization of America, Inc. (“HWZOA”):

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that an annual meeting of the voting members of HWZOA (the “Meeting”) will be held via a virtual meeting platform, the information of which will be sent to registered delegates by email prior to the Meeting. The Meeting will be held on Tuesday, July 27, 2021, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. EDT for the purposes of (I) reviewing the annual financial report of HWZOA, (II) approving proposed amendments to the Constitution and Bylaws to be distributed to the delegates prior to the Meeting, (III) electing three National Vice Presidents; and up to 17 members of the National Board, and (IV) conducting any other relevant business.

Only HWZOA’s voting members, i.e., the registered delegates of HWZOA, are entitled to participate and vote at the Meeting.
