NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING OF VOTING MEMBERS 

To the Voting Members of Hadassah, The Women’s Zionist Organization of America, Inc. (“HWZOA”):

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that an annual meeting of the voting members of HWZOA will be held at the JW Marriot Miami Turnberry Resort and Spa Hotel, located at 19999 West Country Club Drive, Aventura, Florida 33180. The meeting will be held on Monday, August 11, 2025, at 9:30 A.M.  – 11:15 A.M. EST for the purposes of (I) reviewing the annual financial report of HWZOA, (II) adopting amendments to HWZOA’s Constitution, (III) electing 1 National Secretary, 2 National Vice Presidents and up to 17 members of the National Board, and (IV) conducting any other relevant business.

Only HWZOA’s voting members, i.e., the registered delegates of HWZOA, are entitled to attend and vote at this annual meeting.
